Cut the tofu into pieces, put it into a pot of water, add a little salt and boil until it boils to remove the beany smell, take it out and let it cool for later use.

Soak the kelp shreds in water for 10 minutes to remove excess salt.

Pour a little cooking oil into the pot, sauté the chopped green onions, add water and bring to a boil, then add shredded kelp, cover and bring to a boil.
