Pork belly and fried onions
Overview
Onions are one of the anti-cancer vegetables. They are usually eaten raw with dipping sauce, but their breath will be affected. So if we cook them and eat them, the taste will not be that great. Stir-fried pork belly with onions. The addition of onions can remove the fishy smell and relieve the greasiness of the meat. At the same time, it enhances the flavor of the onions.

Ingredients: pork belly, onion, ginger (I forgot to take a photo of the dried chili pepper).

Shred the ginger, cut the dried chili into small pieces, slice the pork belly, and cut the onion into half-moon shapes.

Put a little oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the pork belly spits out oil, add shredded ginger and dried chili, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add pepper powder and salt to taste, and when the onions are six ripe, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
