Ingredients
Steps
-
Clean the chicken wings, put them in a pot, add water and ginger and peppercorns and cook for 3-5 minutes. When making Taiwanese three-cup chicken, you can choose chicken wings, chicken legs, or whole chicken.
-
Drain the cooked chicken wings and set aside.
-
Prepare a cup of 180 grams of rice wine juice, a cup of oil: mix 20 grams of sesame oil and 30 grams of peanut oil, and a cup of soy sauce: mix 10 grams of dark soy sauce and 40 grams of light soy sauce. If using a whole chicken, double the ingredients.
-
Pour oil into the pot, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add chicken wings and stir-fry for a while, then add soy sauce and rice wine.
-
Add 10 grams of rock sugar and a spoonful of salt and cook over low heat.
-
Prepare some nine-story towers.
-
When the soup in the pot is almost finished cooking and there is still some left, add the nine-layer pagoda and you can take it out of the pot.
