Five-flavor stir-fried noodles

In order to get my son to eat more foods that he doesn’t usually like to eat. It's like eating fried noodles with added ingredients.

Buy minced meat, grate cucumber, remove heads and roots of bean sprouts, shred onions, slice mushrooms, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

First heat the oil pan, add garlic slices and ginger slices, sauté until fragrant and then add minced meat. When the minced meat changes color, add a small amount of cooking wine

Add onions, mushrooms and stir-fry. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and finally add bean sprouts and stir-fry. Add about 100ml of water. Cover and simmer for a while.

In another pot, cook noodles. When the noodles are cooked, take them out and run them through cold water.

Add noodles to the fried ingredients. Stir-fry a few times and add minced green onions. Put on a plate and sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Serve with some shredded cucumber.
