Fresh Shrimp, Pine Nuts and Corn
Overview
I can never get enough of tender corn, and there are so many ways to eat it that I like it all. Pine nut corn is my favorite. Every time I make it, I think about adding something to make it richer in taste and more attractive in color. The addition of fresh shrimps elevates this dish to another level. It has a smooth and tender texture, is fragrant and sweet, and is extremely delicious. Corn contains a lot of calcium, as well as nutrients such as lecithin and vitamin E. These substances have the effects of lowering cholesterol, preventing cell aging, and slowing down the degeneration of brain function. You must eat more corn in season.
