Red bean and jujube glutinous rice cake

This is a glutinous rice cake made from red beans, jujubes and glutinous rice flour. The flavors and textures of jujube and red beans are a perfect match. Soak jujube in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside

After washing the red beans, boil them in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes, take them out, drain and set aside
