Braised Beef Brisket with Young Ginger

Wash and slice the young ginger, cut the milk into cubes and set aside.

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections and set aside.

Heat the oil pan until it is six-cooked, pour in the corn oil, stir-fry the milk and young ginger over high heat for a few minutes.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Add a spoonful of chili sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and simmer over high heat for 50 minutes.

Take another pot, heat it up, add a spoonful of corn oil, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat.

Pour in the beef brisket and tomatoes and simmer over high heat for 15 minutes.

Simmer until the juice is reduced.
