Beat one egg into a piece of tofu, or two.

After mashing, add salt, oil, pepper, thirteen spices and two tablespoons of starch.

Mix again and add minced ginger and ham sausage.

Prepare the sauce, ginger, minced garlic, cut red pepper into rings, light soy sauce, salt, starch, mix well with water and set aside.

After the water boils, use low heat. Squeeze the tofu balls with your hands and dig them into the pot with a spoon. Keep the heat low until the water boils. After the balls are made, wait for the balls to float and simmer for a few minutes before taking them out.

Remove the cooked meatballs and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add chopped green onion and coriander segments.
