Grilled Sauce Pork Ribs
Overview
After trying grilled chicken, I couldn’t wait to try grilled ribs. In a word, I wanted to maximize the use of the oven. I went to the market to choose some ribs that were evenly fat and thin, and bought a bottle of spicy soybean sauce that I usually like. I went home and started cooking

Steps
-
Choose the right amount of ribs, don't chop them up. It’s so satisfying to eat the whole piece, wash the ribs clean
-
Prepare the sauce, 73g soybean paste, 30g honey, a little osmanthus sauce (not to be ignored), a little dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of minced garlic
-
Pour the sauce onto the ribs, put on disposable gloves and spread evenly. Find a plastic bag and put the ribs and the remaining sauce into it. The weather is hot, so I put it on the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator and marinated it for about 24 hours. I'm afraid it won't taste good
-
Put the ribs on the grill, preheat 160 degrees, put it in the oven, put the grill on top, and put a baking pan on the bottom to catch the oil, and bake for one hour and ten minutes. Just poke it with chopsticks
-
In order to make the surface look nice, use honey, osmanthus sauce and pepper. Take out the ribs and brush them every ten minutes
-
When it's done baking, put it on the plate. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a can of beer and some grilled ribs in summer

Isn’t it very tempting? Barbecued food must be eaten while it’s hot, otherwise it won’t taste right
