Overview
It is often heard that you are not happy with meat, but I am not happy with bones. I have loved chewing bones since I was a child. When I was a child, my mother would cook big steaks. I would tear off the bones and leave the meat to my parents. At first, my parents thought I was sensible and left the best for them. But they didn’t know that I was just a girl who loved to chew bones. After a long time, my parents realized that I only ate what I liked. Until now, I still have this habit!

Wash the ribs and soak them in water for half an hour to remove the blood;

After rinsing again, drain and use kitchen paper to absorb the water;

Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey and a little salt, then chop garlic, ginger and fresh rosemary;

Pour the ribs into the marinade, add minced garlic, minced ginger and rosemary, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 2 hours, or overnight if you have time;

Wrap the marinated ribs in a baking sheet lined with tin foil;

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, then open the tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
