Meat and vegetable buns
Overview
The weather is hot, and the children at home don’t eat anymore, but they like to make snacks, especially vegetable dumplings, which they never get tired of eating. Thanks to the platform of Food World, I have learned a lot of cooking knowledge here, and I am also grateful to the person who uploaded the method of making steamed buns, so that I can also upload the method of making steamed buns for the first time, thank you!

Steps
-
Cut the cabbage into strips and soak it in salt for twenty minutes to squeeze out the water. Soak the mushrooms and cut them into cubes. Shred the meat and cut the radish into strips. Then add these ingredients with light soy sauce, Miji, sesame oil, and chicken essence and stir them together.
-
Mix 4 grams of yeast with 150 grams of warm water. Pour into 300 grams of flour mixed with 4 grams of baking powder. Knead evenly and cover with plastic wrap and a damp cloth for 30 minutes. Then knead into long strips. You can cut them into 5 cm portions (due to time constraints, I just twisted them by hand)

Roll each small portion of flour into a round ball, flatten it, close the two sides and pinch the sides a few times to make it look like the picture above
