To prepare pickled cabbage, I use bagged pickled cabbage, which is not salty or soaked.

Chop onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper.

Add the onions, ginger, garlic and dried peppers to the oil pan and saute until fragrant.

Add pickles and stir-fry, stir-fry for a while until the water is dry, pour in light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

Add water and bring to boil.

While the water is boiling, cut the beef. This is the braised beef.

Cook the noodles until soft and add salt to taste.

Finally add the beef and bring to a boil.
