Sauce-flavored scallops and green beans
Overview
I bought some green beans. I had fried them like this before, but they always felt like they had no flavor! Since I fried beans with sauce last time, I decided to fry them with sauce this time too! Also added dry Bess!

Green beans cut diagonally into small pieces

Soak the scallops in cooking wine in advance, then microwave them for 30 seconds, take them out and grind them into shreds with the back of a knife

Take a small bowl and add Kingler sauce (actually this is a slightly spicy noodle sauce), oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and water

Mix well and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and red pepper

Add dried Bess and saute until fragrant

Add the green beans and stir-fry

Add some salt and continue to stir-fry until soft

Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry

Cook until the juice is almost gone, then pour in sesame oil and stir-fry evenly
