Cut the butter into small pieces and melt in hot water.

Add powdered sugar and beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes slightly larger. Beat well.

Add the whole egg liquid in two batches. Note: each time, wait until the egg liquid is completely stirred and evenly absorbed before adding the next egg liquid.

Sift together high-gluten flour, cornstarch, and matcha powder and add to butter paste.

Stir evenly (just be even, don't over mix), put into a piping bag, and squeeze onto the baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees and 190 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. (Just paint all sides.) Let cool after testing.
