Loofah meat soup
Overview
Cantonese soups pay attention to their original flavor. All you need to make a pot of soup is salt. Sometimes you add ginger to remove the fishy smell and keep it fresh. For office workers, they don’t have so much time to make Laohuo soup. Boiling the soup also plays an important role in Cantonese soup, maintaining the original flavor. Luffa and meat slices soup takes less time and is sweet and delicious.
