Separate egg whites and yolks.

Add 1 gram of salt and a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, beat at low speed until rough foam forms, add 1/3 of the powdered sugar and beat at high speed.

Beat the egg whites until thick, add 1/3 of the powdered sugar, and continue beating at high speed.

After wet whipping, add remaining powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, start the hot air circulation, turn the heat up and down, bake for 4 minutes until slightly colored, then change to 120 degrees, bake for another 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
