Home-style fried rice cake---different from Korean fried rice cake
Overview
When I saw a couple in a Korean drama going shopping, there would be a roadside stall buying spicy rice cakes. The two of them would exaggerate and say wow, it’s delicious. At that time, I was thinking, is it really that delicious? Later, I ate fried rice cakes at a Green Wa Korean BBQ restaurant near Wudaokou. It tasted really good, but the Korean chili sauce was a bit spicy. I have been taking traditional Chinese medicine recently and I can't eat spicy food. I made my own version of fried rice cakes at home. Although it didn't look as good as the ones in the store, the taste was mild and not bad after eating.
