Overview
My mother follows Buddhism and eats a vegetarian diet (no eggs, no dairy or any animal protein), so I recently researched vegetarian food so that I can make nutritious and delicious food for my mother.

Steps
-
Cut the purple sweet potato into four pieces and place in the steamer for 15 minutes. After it is no longer hot, remove the skin, put it into a plastic bag and squeeze it into a puree
-
Fry the peanuts (no oil required), chop them into pieces together with the walnuts, and add them to the purple sweet potato puree
-
After mixing the mud, put it into a plastic bag and crush it several times (you can use a rolling pin). The oil in the walnuts and peanuts will come out, and the viscosity of the purple sweet potato puree will increase. Prepare dried longan.
-
After pressing well, remove small pieces in batches and wrap in walnuts and dried longan. (The fillings are optional, just add some sweetness)
-
Finally squeeze and roll it into a round shape. You can add it to the fried white sesame seeds to make it more fragrant
