Snowman Strawberry Daifuku
Overview
Make a snowman with a strawberry daifuku and look forward to the snow. Because my daughter has been looking forward to the snow so she can build a snowman!

Prepare the ingredients (I forgot to take a picture of the red bean paste here)

Sift glutinous rice flour and rice flour, add water and oil and mix until there are no particles

Wrap in plastic wrap and steam in a pot over water

Put glutinous rice flour in a pot and stir-fry over low heat (until slightly brown)

Soak the strawberries in light salt water for half an hour, rinse with clean water and remove the residue

Wrap a layer of red bean paste on the outside of the strawberries to expose the pointed heads of the strawberries (for better-looking cuttings)

Let the steamed glutinous rice flour cool, take a piece and pat it on your hands

Then wrap it with red bean paste and strawberry
