Shepherd's Purse and Shrimp Tofu Soup
Overview
I'm not a talkative person. Ever since I was a child, I've been very lazy unless I'm with very good friends or with other people. I've been very lazy. Maybe this is really not a good habit. It always gives people the impression of being unsociable. In fact, I'm not a talkative person. I'm just very lazy, too lazy to talk, too lazy to move, too lazy to be complicated... I also have this characteristic in cooking. Simple is fine.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Wash the dried shrimps and soak them in water until soft.
-
Cut the tofu into small cubes, about the size of peanuts.
-
First add tofu and blanch it in salted boiling water for ten seconds, take it out and set aside.
-
Add the shepherd's purse and blanch for a few seconds.
-
Pour the blanched shepherd's purse in cold water, squeeze out the water and chop into small pieces. Adjust the water starch and set aside.
-
Add the soaked shrimps to the blanched tofu, and add the water for soaking the shrimps together. If there is not enough water, add some water and bring to a boil.
-
Add shepherd's purse, salt and bring to a boil.
-
Then pour an appropriate amount of water tofu and bring to a boil (the soup will be thick enough).
-
Just add some sesame oil at the end.
