Soak the vermicelli in water for 5 minutes, drain the water and put it into a steaming tray for later use

Break off the cabbage leaves, clean them, cut them horizontally and vertically and divide them into four parts

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the cabbage and blanch it. The blanch time should not exceed 1 minute

Remove from cold water, drain and set aside
