Pasta-flavored fried spring rolls
Overview
Many people like the taste of spaghetti bolognese, and it is especially popular among children. Today I’m sharing with you a fried spring roll made with Kewpie’s Pasta Sauce. The fried spring rolls are crispy on the outside, but the flavor of Italian beef spaghetti sauce is on the inside, which really tempts our taste buds!

Cut potatoes into shreds, wash with water to remove excess starch and set aside.

Soak the vermicelli until soft and cut into short pieces and set aside. Cut the asparagus into thin strips and set aside.

Put a little salad oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry. When the shredded potatoes change color slightly, add vermicelli and asparagus and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in meat sauce.

Stir well and then turn off the heat/let it cool and set aside

Take a piece of spring roll wrapper and put the fried filling evenly on it.

Wrap into spring rolls.

After all 10 pieces are done, fry them at 170 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes until they change color.
