Prepare 4 eggs and a bowl and a half of water, about 300ml.

Add a little salt and stir evenly with chopsticks to remove any bubbles on the eggs.

Boil the water over high heat, put the egg custard into the pot, cover with a lid and steam for ten minutes.

Chop the pork into small pieces, add peanut oil, salt and soy sauce to marinate. Chop green onions.

After steaming, do not open the lid and simmer in the pot for ten minutes.

Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the minced pork. Add the egg custard, sesame oil and soy sauce, then add the fried minced meat, top with the chopped chili peppers and chopped green onions.
