Overview
When you visit the vegetable market in the morning, you can buy many fresh vegetables grown by farmers. Today’s harvest is edamame in season. Some of the beans are peeled and used in vegetables, and the other part is used to roast the spiced edamame, which can be eaten as snacks

Wash the edamame and cut off both ends to make it easier to absorb the flavor when cooked

Prepare required spices.
