Cut off the stems of the colored peppers, or leave them uncut. Wash it and take it out to dry in the sun until the skin wrinkles.

When the skin is wrinkled by the sun, put it in a clean bottle and pour in soy sauce. If you have white wine, add a little bit, but don’t overdo it to smell the wine.
