Grilled Tofu with Minced Pork

There will be tofu on my dining table every day or two, and I enjoy cooking tofu. Tofu is rich in nutrients, cheap and easy to cook, which is why I never tire of it and enjoy it.

Prepare materials

Marinate the minced meat with cooking wine, oyster sauce and barbecued pork sauce for 10 minutes

Boil water, add salt, and blanch the cut tofu to remove the beany smell

The barbecue sauce is prepared with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, barbecued pork sauce and cooking wine

Let the blanched tofu cool and make a hole in the middle of the tofu

Stuff the marinated minced meat into tofu, brush the surface around the tofu with barbecue sauce, and place it in a baking pan brushed with a layer of cooking oil

Preheat the oven, put it in the oven, bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes

Take it out, brush it with barbecue sauce, sprinkle with black peppercorns and chopped green onion, and continue to bake for 10 minutes
