Hot noodle two-color sunflower pan-fried pie
Overview
Hot noodle two-color sunflower pan-fried pie, with fillings made of hanging melon, eggs, and red peppers. It is colorful and has the taste of autumn. The hot noodles make the pie softer, and it will not become hard when it is cooled. I bought an 800-degree dry-fired non-cracking casserole from the King of Claypot and tried the effect of dry-heating the pie. My casserole was amazing. There was no reaction after frying for half an hour. It was evenly heated and the pie was fried great! It’s worth having, you can have one pot in hand, stir-fry, stir-fry, stew, and enjoy!

Steps
-
Blanch half of the flour with boiling water, and mix the remaining warm water into a dough;
-
Prepare all the filling ingredients
-
Beat the eggs, add a little water and mix evenly. Add a little more oil to the wok and fry the eggs. No need to add additional oil when mixing the stuffing
-
Peel and shred the hanging melon, blanch it in cold water and squeeze out the water; wash and chop the red pepper; peel, wash and chop the green onion
-
Put the fried eggs, shredded gourd (you can cut a few times), chopped red pepper, and chopped green onion into a basin, add salt, five-spice powder, and green pepper and mix well
-
Take one-third of the dough and add a little red yeast powder and knead it into light pink. Divide the white dough into a number of small pieces. Divide the pink dough into the same number of smaller pieces and roll them into long strips
-
Wrap the white dough in a long pink strip
-
Roll into round cake and stuffing
-
Take another piece of dough and roll it into a round cake and cover it with the top to form a pie. Pinch the edges tightly. Use a knife to divide the round edge into several sections. Use a fork to press out wrinkles. Pinch each section together with your hands. The sunflowers are out
-
Turn the casserole with food, brush the bottom with a thin layer of oil, add the wrapped patties, and fry slowly over low heat
-
Use a spatula to push the pie, add an appropriate amount of water when it can be moved, cover the pot and simmer until the juice is gone, take it out and fry the next one
-
All fried and ready to enjoy.
