Stir-fried cuttlefish flowers
Overview
Squid is also called cuttlefish. Cut it into a cloth bag, blanch it and stir-fry. It is also very popular in New Year's Eve dishes. You can use bell peppers or garlic sprouts as the accompanying vegetables, depending on the materials you have on hand.
