Wash the bought haggis

Mince the onion and ginger, shred the garlic, and chop the chives

Coriander cut into sections

Cut potatoes into strips

Put appropriate amount of oil in the wok

Add onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add seasonings (pepper powder, etc.) to taste

Add the haggis and stir-fry for a while, then pour in an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce

Add water

After the water boils, cook for about 30 minutes

Taste the lamb intestines. When the lamb intestines are cooked, you can add potato chips

Cook for about 10 minutes. The time will vary depending on the thickness of the potato strips

Put chopped chives on the haggis, heat up the pot and fry the chili oil. Heat the oil in the pan, add the sesame seeds and fry until fragrant. Let it cool for a while and add the chili noodles. I forgot to take pictures at this step, sorry

Pour the chili sesame oil over the chives

Sprinkle with coriander and serve
