Soak the glutinous rice one night in advance.

Place special gauze (wet) on the steaming rack, put glutinous rice on it and steam until it becomes glutinous rice. (I steamed it twice)

Coat every grain of glutinous rice with egg liquid.

Add the steamed pork belly cubes and mix well.

Place into a square cake mold and press tightly. (I placed high-temperature oilcloth in the mold)

After steaming, remove from the mold. After cooling in summer, remember to put it in a fresh-keeping bag and keep it in the refrigerator. When it's time to eat, slice it, steam it or fry it, it's very delicious.
