Vegetable and multigrain porridge
Overview
Today I’m going to make a beautiful Yuanqi porridge. It uses grains and seasonal vegetables to make a classic vegetable porridge. It tastes sweet and attractive to babies, and its nutritional value is also great. You can often give your baby a bowl of vegetable porridge. When you are lazy, this bowl can solve a meal. Don't underestimate it, it can supplement abundant trace elements, contribute to a balanced diet, and is more beneficial to growth and development. Yuzi’s mother has something to say: Broccoli and cauliflower can easily cause bloating in babies, so they can be added when the baby is 10 months old. When the baby reaches 1 year old, the amount of whole grains can be slowly added little by little, and finally it can be half rice and half grains. Babies under 3 years old who have never eaten peanuts should either puree them into a paste or do not add them.
