Sour fish fillets
Overview
Dear friends, here comes the benefit. When I first posted it in WeChat Moments, many friends asked me how to make it. I originally wanted to make minced pepper fish fillet today, but I bought a grass carp and thought it was too much, so I went to the vegetable market to buy some sauerkraut. I decided to try the sour braised fish fillet that I had in the restaurant last time. I ate an extra bowl of rice because of that dish last time. I have loved fish since I was a child, but I don’t like pork very much. Braised fish fillet is a traditional dish in Shandong cuisine with a long history. Its taste is fresh and smooth, sour and spicy, which is unforgettable. The fish meat is tender and has the functions of warming and replenishing qi, warming the stomach, and moisturizing the skin. It is a warming and replenishing qi and health-preserving food.

Steps
-
When I bought the grass carp at the vegetable market, I asked them to clean it and remove the bones. It would be too troublesome to do it myself
-
Clean the grass carp meat and cut it into slices. Cut it a little thicker. I cut it a little thin today...
-
The sliced fish needs to be washed thoroughly several times until the water is clear. The fried fish will be refreshing and delicious
-
Then add salt and cooking wine to marinate, add egg white paste and stir evenly
-
I cut the sauerkraut into slices. I didn’t ask for the leaves, but all the stems. They were crunchy and delicious
-
Heat oil in a pan and spread the fish fillets
-
Serve the smooth fish fillets and set aside
-
Heat the oil in the pot, add garlic and ginger, saute until fragrant, add a little chili to taste
-
Add the sliced sauerkraut and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add the fish fillets and stir-fry, being careful to break the fish fillets into pieces
-
Then add the gravy made in advance (mixed with MSG, pepper, and water starch) and stir well
-
Wait for a while and it will be ready. It’s really delicious.............
-
Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion
