Wash the ribs and soak them in clean water for 20 minutes to soak out the blood. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, bean paste, and sesame oil

Add sliced ginger and green onions and marinate for half an hour

Pour rice into the pot, add star anise, stir-fry until the rice grains turn slightly yellow, turn off the heat and let cool
