Cut the pumpkin into strips,

Sprinkle dry starch and wrap evenly,

Heat oil in a pan until it is 80% or 90% hot, add pumpkin strips and fry for about 1 and a half minutes,

Remove and set aside

Crush the salted duck egg yolk into a puree,

Heat a small amount of oil in another pan, add duck egg yolk, stir-fry over low heat until a lot of bubbles form,

Add the fried pumpkin strips and stir-fry,

Wait until the egg yolks are all wrapped around the pumpkin and it’s ready to serve
