Dudu Fish Fillet

I bought a grass carp and cut it into slices. Rinse with clean water. Wash repeatedly.

Add egg white, white pepper, appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry.

Add a little salad oil and continue to stir-fry. .

After the pork belly is oiled, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry

Turn down the heat to medium and add the marinated fish fillets. Put them on piece by piece

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and steamed fish soy sauce.

Let these seasonings slowly blend into the fish fillets, do not stir-fry them. After one side is done, we use chopsticks to gently turn it over. Just cook for two minutes on one side.

Turn off the heat, add more celery and simmer for five minutes. Let the aroma of celery blend with the fish fillets.
