Overview
This recipe is based on Teacher Meng’s cheese biscuit recipe with slight adjustments. Ordinary and simple original cookies are a good choice whether you eat them at home or give them to others. The truth is found in the ordinary. Pair it with several other cookies or frosted biscuits to make a gift box. It’s really awesome!

All materials are ready

Soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract

Mix well with a rubber spatula

Use an electric egg beater to beat it into a smooth consistency. Add the whole egg liquid in 3 batches and beat evenly at high speed. Each time, wait until the egg liquid and butter are fully combined before adding the next egg liquid

After whipping into a smooth, fine and slightly lighter cream paste, sift in cake flour and milk powder

Stir in irregular directions until there is no dry powder

Take a 6-petal large flower nozzle and put it into a piping bag, put the piping bag on a suitable cup, put the cookie batter into the bag, and then use a scraper to push the cookie batter neatly to the front of the bag

Make two trays, put one in the oven first, and put the other in the refrigerator for later use

Put it into the preheated oven, heat up to 160 degrees, lower heat to 140 degrees, middle layer, for about 20 minutes (this step can be adjusted according to your own oven), simmer with residual heat for about 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven
