Soy Sauce Boiled Shrimp
Overview
1. Blanch the shrimps until just cooked. 2. Add oil and stir-fry the dried radish with ginger slices until fragrant. 3. Add water, light soy sauce, Laoganma, and chili oil. 4. Add seasonings and cook for a while. 5. Add the shrimp, thicken the soup and take it out of the pot. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
