Gongbaku Sanding
Overview
Kung Pao is usually found in Sichuan restaurants, and it is one of my must-orders every time I go to the restaurant. After falling in love with it, I can't help but want to try it. Yesterday, I had some ingredients at home, so I used them to make good use of them, and the homemade Kung Pao Sanding came out. Not to mention the taste is really good. The lotus root and cucumber are fried crispy inside, and the eggplant is soft. The three kinds of vegetables collide together to create a delicious taste.
