Cut the tofu into pieces and blanch it in hot water to remove the beany smell. The tofu was broken because it was accidentally dropped before getting home.

Add oil to the pan and saute the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, then remove the Sichuan peppercorns.

Add onion, garlic, bean paste and Laoganma and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add water and bring to boil.

Add tofu and salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water starch.

Add a little sesame oil.

Add chopped green onion and Sichuan peppercorns to a serving plate and serve.
