Hengyi ham and pork fried rice noodles
Overview
Hengyi luncheon meat (ham and pork) fried rice noodles. On the way home from get off work, there are always many food stalls making fried rice noodles at the intersection. I thought I could make fried rice noodles at home. It is clean and hygienic. I will finish the roadside stalls in minutes~

Ingredients needed.

Slice Hengyi lunch meat (ham and pork).

Then cut into strips; each strip has a lot of meat.

Put a little oil in the pan and brown it for a better taste.

Fry the eggs until cooked and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, add dried chili pepper and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and bean sprouts to the pot and stir-fry until cooked for 8 minutes, add a little salt.

Pour in the rice noodles, seasoning, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce; stir-fry evenly.
