Wash the pork leg and cut into small pieces and put in the blender.

Crack in an egg, half a bowl of water, salt, pepper, and peanut oil and stir into a fine paste.

Remove old leaves and roots from shepherd's purse, clean and drain.

Chop the drained shepherd's purse slightly with a knife and put it into a blender.

Prepare wonton wrappers

Take a wonton wrapper and wrap it with a little filling.
