Crispy Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients: (from top to bottom, left to right) cucumber strips, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, white wine, spicy millet, shredded ginger, garlic slices, peanut oil, sugar.

Pour the salt into the cucumber strips, then put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, then take it out and squeeze out the water. The drier the better.

Place soy sauce and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil, then allow to cool.

Pour all ingredients (except peanut oil) into the cooled soy sauce in any order.

Finally, pour the peanut oil into the lid and refrigerate overnight.

You can have it with a bowl of porridge the next morning!
