Overview
Pie is one of the traditional varieties of pasta. The making method is not complicated. As long as you can make buns and pancakes, you can make pies. Especially with kitchen utensils such as electric baking pans, pancake making has become a pleasure and very simple.

Fillings: pork, green pepper, ginger.

Add 60-70% water to the flour and mix into a soft dough. Leave it on for about 30-60 minutes

Blanch the green peppers in boiling water until they are raw, then drain them in cold water. Then chop the green pepper and set aside.

Chop the pork and mince the stuffing. Put the chopped pork stuffing into a bowl, add salt, sugar, pepper, and ground ginger to taste.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and mix well, then add appropriate amount of peanut oil and mix well. Add chopped green pepper, mix well and use immediately.

Divide the risen dough into dough pieces.

Take a piece of dough, flatten it with your hands, add the filling, and wrap it tightly like a bun.

With the folded side facing down, gently press it flat to form the pie base.

Heat the electric pan and put in the pie dough. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Fry until the surface is browned.
