Prepare mustard greens and taro.

Cut the kale into sections, cut the taro into cubes, and cut an appropriate amount of shredded ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger until fragrant.

Add the taro cubes and stir-fry.

Fry until the surface changes color completely.

Add mustard stalks and stir-fry until soft.

Finally add mustard leaves, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until flavourful.

Transfer the fried ingredients to a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid, add some fish sauce to taste and turn off the heat.
