Black sesame nougat
Overview
Nougat is always indispensable during the Chinese New Year, but the nougat sold outside is hard and very sweet. This year I plan to make my own nougat. I can make any flavor of nougat I want. The nougat I make myself is soft, slightly sweet, very delicious, and it is also a good choice to give as a gift.

Marshmallows, butter, black sesame seeds, and milk powder are all ready to be weighed
