Home-style braised pork with less oil
Overview
I bought a large hoof bone and asked the seller to take out the bones and part of the meat and cook it separately. They used the method of boiling it first and then braised it in braise. During the cooking process, most of the fat was removed. The cooked meat was sweet and tasty, with a very tender texture and no greasy feeling.
