Prepare materials.

Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces.

Onions and ginger are ready.

Cut the cabbage into sections.

Put the pork belly into an oil-free pan and stir-fry until oil comes out.

Put the fried pork belly into a casserole, add onion, ginger, rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar.

Pour enough water to cover the meat, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.

Add the cabbage slices and simmer for about 10 minutes.
