Cut the tenderloin into 3-5mm thin slices.

Then cut into finger-width strips and set aside.

Add salt, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, cooking wine, green onions, and ginger to the tenderloin, mix well, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Add an egg, cornstarch, flour, cooking oil, add appropriate amount of water and stir until smooth and without particles.

Just pick it up with chopsticks and it won't disappear quickly if you drop it.

Pour in the marinated meat strips and spread the batter evenly.

Heat oil in a pan, lower the temperature to 50% and deep-fry over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove and control the oil.

When the oil temperature rises to 70% hot, put it in the pan and fry again.

Fry until crispy, remove and control oil.

Served with tomato sauce or barbecue seasonings and chili powder, it is really fragrant and crispy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
