Shredded white radish and shrimp skin soup
Overview
It is sweet and fragrant. Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. The radish nowadays is very delicious. It is suitable to eat more in winter, and drinking hot soup is the most heart-warming thing in cold weather.

Peel the white radish, wash the dried shrimps and shred the ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add dried shrimps and shredded ginger until fragrant

Cut the radish into thin slices and then shred it (forgot to take a photo). Stir the shrimp skin until fragrant. Add the shredded radish and stir-fry for a while

Fry as shown in the picture until soft and translucent

Add appropriate amount of boiling water

Bring to a boil over medium heat, continue to cook for about 3 minutes, add a little pepper and salt and turn off the heat
