Radish slices in oyster sauce
Overview
Radish is one of the best vegetables in winter. It is mostly stewed with ribs or pork belly. Today I will stir-fry it, it is also very delicious

Cut white radish into slices

Slice an appropriate amount of fatty pork into a pot and simmer over low heat until the oil comes out, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. (Use fat meat to boil in oil and then stir-fry for more flavor)

Add radish slices and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for about 8 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste
